When opening a Customer, the main window, the Customer Dashboard, is displayed. 

In the upper-right corner of the Customer Dashboard is an indicator showing the current System and Health status. Selecting the displayed System and Health status will open the System and Health page.

From the Customer Dashboard, a User with appropriate Permissions can access different areas of the app or website. Selecting the Icons below will open the associated Knowledge Base article.
