Dealer Settings
Dealers can set a default point of contact for all their Customers and End Users to reach out to when they need support.
Mobile App Support Contact Setup:
This information will be visible to End Users within the PDK Access App. Please provide the following:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (optional)

Support Button URL (optional)
- Create a form or survey for users to submit issues, then paste the link here

Support Button Label (optional)
- Customize the label (e.g., “Contact Support”)
NOTE: Admins or Managers can override the default Support Contact set by the Dealer by configuring a customer-specific contact in System Settings.
