Adding a Support Contact
Admins and Managers can set a direct point of contact for their End Users who need support. By default, this contact is configured by the Dealer, but it can be overridden at the Customer level in System Settings.
Mobile App Support Contact Setup:
This information will be visible to End Users within the PDK Access App. Please provide the following:
- Name (required)
- Email Address
- Phone Number

Support Button URL
- Create a form or survey for users to submit issues, then paste the link here

Support Button Label
- Customize the label (e.g., "Contact Support")
NOTE: At least one contact method is required
Requesting Support
To contact your Dealer or Site Management for support:
- Open the PDK Access App
- Tap Mobile Access, then navigate to the Support section
- Fill out the form provided
Your submission will be sent directly to the email address configured by your Dealer or Site Management.
