Overview
The Overview section gives you a quick snapshot of your account. It shows your Partner Status: Platinum, Gold, Certified or Uncertified and provides a clear breakdown of your Customers, Devices and Bluetooth Devices, including the number of New and Total counts.
You’ll also see details about which Reporting Plans are being used, such as Small Business, Commercial Essentials or Premium Enterprise. To help you stay on top of Billing, the overview includes your Recent Invoices with Customer name, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Invoice Amount and Invoice Details. It also highlights any Upcoming Renewals, so you always know what’s coming next.
Recent Invoice data can be filtered by Month to Date, the Previous 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days, and is downloadable by clicking anywhere on the invoice row. Upcoming Renewals display future invoices and can be filtered for the Next 30, 60 or 90 days.
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section makes it easy to view all Customer Subscriptions along with their related Invoice data. Here you can Search for a Customer and Download a Summary of all Customer Invoices. You can also sort the table columns in ascending or descending order by Customer Name, Renewal Date, Price per Door, number of Doors or Devices, Bluetooth Devices or Billing Plan.
At the individual Customer level, click the Download button to download all invoices for that Customer. To view specific Invoice details, click the arrow icon to expand the record. Each expanded Invoice includes a downloadable PDF of the Invoice and its payment receipt, along with the invoice status: Paid or Unpaid.
NOTES:
- When a new Customer Account is registered, a complimentary five-day trial invoice is automatically generated. This invoice is not sent to the Installation Partner.
-
If a Dealer is not following standard pricing, the Billing Plan will display as Custom.
