A: Yes, all payment methods, invoices and subscription details have been securely migrated to the new experience. You don’t need to re-enter your information.
Q: Do I need to update my Payment Method after launch?
A: No action is required unless your payment method has expired or is invalid. If so, the new UI will notify you and allow quick updates.
Q: Can I still download past invoices?
A: Yes, your full invoice history remains available, with improved search and export options.
Q: Has the billing schedule changed?
A: No, your billing cycle, renewal dates, and pricing remain the same.
Q: Will this affect my Dealer tier or certification status?
A: No, Dealer tier evaluations and status remain independent of the billing UI.
Q: How do I access the new billing experience?
A: Simply log in to your PDK account and navigate to Billing in the navigation menu. You’ll see the new interface automatically.

A: Yes, Quick Start Guides and walkthroughs will be provided in the Help Center, and our support team is available to answer questions.

A: No, your current renewal date will remain the same. Any changes to your plan or tier will continue to follow the existing annual cycle.
