The General Tab of the Configuration Page allows an Integrator-Partner to view and edit certain settings for the Cloud Node.
Details
Serial Number - This displays the Cloud Serial number entered while registering the Cloud Node.
Name - This displays the Name entered during registration of the Cloud Node. This can be changed after registration but can not be left blank.
Notes - Cloud Node-specific notes, such as SiteId/Passphrase for WiMacs, can be entered here, which will only be visible to Partners with Integrator Permissions.
Time Settings
Region - The Region configured in System Settings will be shown here by default. This can be changed to another Region where the Cloud Node is installed.
Time Zone - The Time Zone configured in System Settings will be shown here by default. This can be changed to another Time Zone where the Cloud Node is installed.
Advanced
Replace Cloud Node - If a Cloud Node needs to be replaced (for example; due to failure/RMA or changing communication option), tap or click the Replace button, enter the Serial Number for the replacement Cloud Node in the dialogue box, and click Replace to remove the old Cloud Node, add the new Cloud Node, and begin the sync process.
Remove Cloud Node - If a Cloud Node needs to be removed entirely from the Customer Account, tap or click the Remove button, and after confirming that the Cloud Node needs to be removed, tap or click the Delete button.
