How to add a Map View Image

To use the Map View, you will first need to add a new Map View to the States dashboard. To do this, first tap/click the currently displayed View and then tap/click the yellow circle with a white plus in the upper right corner. 

Doing this will open the 'Add View' window, which will guide you through the steps to add an image and create a Map View.

Tap/click the 'Select Image' button to open a system widow and browse to and open the image you wish to use.

After selecting the image you wish to use, the window will allow you to 'Select Another Image', 'Crop Selected Image', and change the Opacity of the image. Once any adjustments that need to be made are done, tap/click the 'Next' button below the preview of the image.

The next window will allow you to set the following items:

• The 'Name' that will be shown in the Map View once setup is complete
• 'The 'Short Name' that is displayed and used when linking Map Views together.
• The 'Partition' whose Managers have access to the  control of doors in the Map View. This option is only available if additional Partitions have been setup on the Cloud Node.

Once you have entered this information, tap/click 'Next' to advance to the final step in setup of the Map View. If you need to return to the previous step, tap/click the 'Previous' button.

The window will now display the previosly entered information regarding this Map View. If you need to change 

Once this is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to add your Doors and Devices to the Map View.
