The 'Controllers and Hubs' view allows you see all configured Controllers, Cloud Nodes, wireless gateways, Aperio Hubs, and Aperio Locks in the system. For simplicity, Controllers, Node, Gateways, Aperio Hubs, and Aperio Locks will be referred to collectively as Controllers. This page provides details about each section of the Controllers and Hubs View.

Filters
Expanding the Filters section allows you to search for and limit which Controllers and Hubs are displayed below the Filters.
| Search | The Search filter allows you to limit display Controllers which contain certain names, letters, and/or numbers |
| Type | This allows you to only display Controllers of the selected type(s). |
| States | The States filter allows to only display Controllers, Nodes, gateways, Aperio Hubs and Aperio Locks that are in a certain operational state. For more information regarding these states, please refer to the following article: Controllers and Hubs States information |
| Connection Type | This allows you to display only Controllers which have a certain connection type(s) |
Graphical Display
Below the Filters area is a display of the Controllers on the system. Different Controller types are grouped together in alpha-numeric order.
By clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the Controller's icon for most Controller types will give you the options for Go to Device and Details. Certain controller types will only have Details selectable.
Go to Devices: Clicking this will return you to the Doors and Devices display, showing only those doors/devices connected to that controller
Details: Clicking this option will open a pop-up that will display details regarding the Controller selected. For gateways, Aperio Hubs and locks, and controllers released before the Red-series Controller, the only detail available is the name of the Controller.
For Red-series Controllers, you are able to access information regarding the controller, as shown below.
Controller Model: This is the model and revision of the Controller
Firmware: This is the firmware currently programmed to the Controller. If the firmware for the controller is out of date, any features requiring a newer firmware will not be available. Please contact Support regarding updating the firmware.
Continuity Database: This shows the current status of the on-controller version of the access database. If the access database is initially being uploaded or recent changes to it are being uploaded, this will read synching. If the access database on the Controller matches the Cloud Node, this will read 'Synched'
