The following is a list of the States that can be filtered for the Controllers and Hubs items. For simplicity, Controllers, Node, Gateways, Aperio Hubs, and Aperio Locks will be referred to collectively as Controllers unless a specific type is required.
- Connected: The Controller has connected to the Cloud Node and is functioning properly.
- Disconnected: The Controller is not communicating to the Cloud Node and is either offline, operating in Controller Continuity Mode, or ecard mode.
- Connection Unstable: The Controller has experienced a number of comm loss events in a short period of time, showing a potential communication issue that needs to be addressed to ensure normal operations.
- Overcurrent: The controller is currently experiencing an Overcurrent event. for more information about these events, refer to this article: What is an 'Overcurrent' event?
- Underpowered Input: The controller is not receiving enough amperage from the power supply device.
- Low Power Mode On: The Controller is currently disconnected from input power and is operating in a low power state to prolong operational time from a nearly discharged battery. In this state, output. power from the controller is disabled.
- Firmware out of date: The firmware for the attached Red-series Controller is out of date and should automatically update. If this state does not resolve itself within 24-48 hours, please contact support for assistance
- Continuity Datastore Synched: The Controller has synched the access database with the Cloud Node and can operate in Controller Continuity Mode if required.
- Continuity Datastore Synching: The Controller is currently synching the access database to the Controller. Please ensure communication is not interrupted or the controller/cloud node are not powered down during this process.
- Continuity Datastore Not Supported: This Controller does not support the Controller Continuity functionality. Only the Red-series Controllers and Cloud Nodes support this feature.
