Map View allows a user with the appropriate Permissions to set up, edit, view, and control Doors and Devices that are part of a Customer Account.

To start using Map View, a Partner with appropriate Permissions will need to add an image, such as a blueprint or rendering of the location, which will be displayed in the Map View. Select Add Map View in the upper right corner.  

Adding a Map View

Name - Enter the Name, which will be shown in the Map View once setup is complete.

Short Name - Enter the Short Name, which will be displayed and used when linking Map Views together.

Image - Select Click to upload to open a dialog box and browse to and open the image you wish to use. After the image has been uploaded, adjust the image's Opacity and Crop the Selected Image if needed.

Partitions - Select the Partition whose Managers have access to the control of Doors in the Map View. 

Once any necessary adjustments have been made, select Done to save your changes. 

Select Edit Map View to add Devices and Links. 

Select Edit Devices and select the Devices that will be included on the Map View. 

After adding the Door or Device, you can drag it around the Map View to where it is physically located on the image.

In Map View, selecting a Device gives you the option to Unlock or Lock, DND, Force Toggle, Silence Piezo, View Controller Health, or View Device Config.
