Recent Audit Logs

The Recent Audit Log provides a listing of activity and changes, such as controller events, commands sent via the ProdataKey App or PDK.io, additions/modifications to access control devices/People/groups/rules, along with the details regarding those events and changes.

Note: The Recent Audit Log only shows the ten most recent, relevant events. If desired, Reports can be used to view all logged events and modifications for a specific timeframe, by device name, specific People, etc. 

Available Tabs 

Depending on which area of PDK.io being viewed, one or both of the following tabs for the Recent Audit Logs.

• All- This tab shows the ten most recent events and results that occurred for the selected Person/Device. 
• Modification - This tab shows the ten most recent modifications made to the selected door/device, Person, Group, and the names of those making changes. 

Occurred - This column displays the date and time when the event occurred in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minutes, Seconds). 

Info Text - This column displays Information regarding the activities of, or changes to, the Person. 

Event - This column displays the Event type that occurred. For more information regarding Event types, please refer to our article regarding Event Types.

Result - This column displays the result type of what occurred. For more information regarding Results types, please refer to our article regarding using Results Types.

Details - This column contains a tappable/clickable link for each log entry. Tapping/clicking this link displays the 'Log Entry Details' window. 

Refresh - Tap or click the Refresh button in the upper right corner of the window to update and display the most recent additions/changes/updates for the Person.
