Deadbolt Locks Only – Calibration

Before the Deadbolt can be used, it must be calibrated. After you put the batteries in the lock, the LED lights will flash red twice every 3 seconds. This indicates that the Lock is not yet calibrated. Follow one of these methods to calibrate your Lock:

 

Calibration Method

Instructions

PDK Red High-Security Credential

  1. Fully retract the bolt.
  2. Double tap any physical PDK Red Credential. 

The LED will flash yellow.

  1. Fully extend the bolt.
  2. Fully retract the bolt. 

PIN

  1. Fully retract the bolt.
  2. Input the PIN 387492#

   The LED will flash yellow. 

  1. Fully extend the bolt.
  2. Fully retract the bolt. 

PDK.io UI

  1. Fully retract the bolt.
  2. Select Calibrate in Configuration

   The LED will flash yellow. 

  1. Fully extend the bolt.
  2. Fully retract the bolt. 

 

NOTE: If a Deadbolt is not calibrated, it will be displayed in System Health.

 

Recalibration 

Calibration status is displayed in Configuration.

NOTE: If the Deadbolt needs to be recalibrated, select Reset Device in System Health
