How to issue a Bluetooth or Mobile Button Digital Credential

To issue a Bluetooth or Mobile App credential, navigate to People. Select the person who requires a Digital Button credential.

NOTE: The user's email address must be saved on the Person screen to send the Credential invite.

From the Person screen, select + Add Credential.

Select Digital, and then select Bluetooth and/or Mobile Button. Select Submit to send the email invitation. 

An email from ProdataKey Cloud Systems titled "Your credentials are ready to unlock doors with PDK Access" will then be sent to the email address. To redeem the issued Credential, please take a look at the article about How to redeem a Bluetooth or Mobile Credential in the ProdataKey App.
