How to issue a Bluetooth or Mobile App Credential

Issuing a Bluetooth or Mobile App credential begins by going to the People section.

Select the person who requires a Bluetooth or Mobile Button credential, then tap or click them.

NOTE: The user's email address must be saved on the Person screen to send the Credential invite.

From the Person screen, click the + Add Credential as shown in the image below.

Select Digital, shown below, tap or click for Bluetooth and/or Mobile Button to add that Credential type to the Person. Then tap or click Submit. 

An email from ProdataKey Cloud Systems titled "Your credentials are ready to unlock doors with PDK Access" will then be sent to the email address entered for the Person.
