How to add a Photo to a Person

A picture or image can be added to a Person's details. This picture will be displayed next to events involving them in Live Events and Reports.

Add Photo

Below are the steps needed to add a picture to a Person.

  1. Tap/click Add Photo

  2. When using PDK.io in a web browser, click the Select Photo button in the upper right corner of the window, then browse and select the picture/ image you want to use.
    In the ProdataKey App, tap the three vertical dots (Kabob icon) in the upper right corner of the window, then tap 'Select Photo', then choose between 'Select from gallery' or 'Take a photo' to choose the source of the photo

  3. Adjust the size and position of the circle to crop the photo. More information regarding these function are covered in the Edit Photo section below.

  4. Tap/click Save.

Edit Photo

Once a photo has been added and saved to a Person, tapping/clicking the Edit Photo link allows changes to the uploaded image or to upload a new image.

The following options are available when editing a Photo. When using the ProdataKey App to Manage the Person, some options are available through the three vertical dots (Kabob menu).

  • Delete the Photo - Tap the Kabob menu and then 'Delete' or click the garbage can in the top bar to delete the Photo.
  • Select Photo - Tap the Kabob menu and then 'Select Photo' or click Select Photo to browse for a new photo for the Person.
  • Adjust/Crop - To adjust the displayed area or crop the photo, use your finger or mouse to position the circle, by dragging the central arrows, or dragging the square selector on the ring to designate the area to crop.
  • Save - Save any changes to the photo for the Person
