Credentials Overview

The Credentials section of the Person screen is used to issue physical and mobile credentials to People and lists any previously issued credentials. For more information regarding adding Credentials, please refer to our article Adding a Credential to a Person.

Any issued physical and/or mobile credentials can be managed from this section also.

For physical credentials, you can not edit the credential number that was entered. Instead, long-pressing or mousing over will display a garbage can icon. Tapping/clicking this icon will delete the highlighted physical credential.

For mobile credentials, if the credential has been accepted the mobile device model will be shown. 

Tapping or mousing over the mobile credential will highlight the device. Tapping/clicking on a mobile credential will allow changes to be made to the mobile credentials issued. Long-pressing to highlight the mobile credential and then tapping/clicking the garbage can icon will delete the highlighted mobile credential.
