Performing a Soft Reset if the Hub is Online
- Select Reset Device in the System Health page
While powered, hold down the Factory Reset button for 3-5 seconds
Performing a Soft Reset if the Hub is Offline
Hold down the Factory Reset button for 3-5 seconds while the Hub is powered on. This will clear any Hub-specific configuration (i.e., network settings)
NOTE: A Soft Reset should only be performed when directed by ProdataKey Support.
