Digital Watchdog Server Will Not Accept Soft Triggers but Receives Events from the Cloud Node – ProdataKey, Inc.

1. Run the same NVR tool that was used to install NVR.

2. Select the Remove button when the menu appears and run through the removal process.

3. Download the New NVR tool from prodatakey.com/products. Make sure Chrome is your default browser and that you are installing the NVR tool on the Digital Watchdog (DW) Server.

4. Run the new NVR tool.

5. Verify the Cloud Node, Port, and Admin username and password for the DW Server.

6. Do not close the Command box that comes up when installing NVR.

7. A new Chrome browser window comes up for pdk.io. Log in to pdk.io in that browser window (if not already logged in). The NVR Tool should be ready for you to click Finish.

8. Re-test the Soft-Triggers.
