The General Tab of the Configuration Page allows an Integrator-Partner to view and edit settings for the Cloud Node.
Details
Serial Number - This displays the Cloud Serial number entered during registration of the Cloud Node, which cannot be changed after it has been entered.
Cloud Node ID - This displays an alphanumeric string that is unique to the Cloud Node.
Name - This displays the Name entered during registration of the Cloud Node. This can be changed after registration, but cannot be left blank.
Description - Cloud Node-specific notes, such as Site ID or Passphrase for WiMAC, can be entered here and will only be visible to Partners with Integrator Permissions.
Location
Street Address - Enter the Street Address for the Cloud Node.
Time Settings
Region - The Region configured in System Settings will be shown here by default. This can be changed to another Region where the Cloud Node is installed.
Time Zone - By default, the Customer Account Time Zone configured in System Settings is displayed here. This can be changed to another Time Zone where the Cloud Node is installed.
Card Formats
The Card Formats section allows you to view, activate, and deactivate the Card Formats currently selected and available on the Cloud Node. You can also configure new

Emergency Cards
Emergency Cards, also known as Ecards, are a feature for access control systems that ensure access to devices under certain conditions. Emergency Cards can be used to gain access at that door. Emergency Cards can be any supported Flexible Card Format (traditional Wiegand or newer high-security credentials) added to the Cloud Node. Emergency Card credentials are stored directly on the Controller, with up to ten (10) Ecards entered for each Cloud Node.
With Legacy Controllers, Emergency Cards activate when there is a loss of communication between the Controller and Cloud Node which lasts for longer than four minutes.
With Red-series Controllers, Emergency Cards are activated when the time specified for Continuity fall-back is exceeded.
Advanced
Replace Cloud Node - If a Cloud Node needs to be replaced (for example, due to failure/RMA), select Replace, enter the Serial Number for the replacement Cloud Node, and select Replace to remove the old Cloud Node and add the new Cloud Node. The sync process will begin.
Remove Cloud Node - If a Cloud Node needs to be removed entirely from the Customer Account, select Delete.
