ProdataKey offers multiple training options for Dealers and End Users. Refer to the sections below for information regarding your general situation.

I'm a new Dealer. How do I sign up for Technical Certification or Sales Certification?

To sign up for Technical or Sales certification, please visit AccessControl101.com for details. Please note that purchasing the PDK Demo Kit is required for Technical Certification.

I'm an existing Certified Dealer, but I want my employees/technicians/installers to be able to go through the certification training. How do I get them registered for certification as well?

After completing your own certification, reach out to your Regional Sales Manager or Partner Success Manager for information regarding this process.

I'm an End User and need training on my system.

The primary point of contact for End User training is their Dealer. We would recommend that you contact them.
