Q4 2026 - Beta Software – ProdataKey, Inc.

PDK will start its beta for the Q4 software release on all systems in the Demo program beginning Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 10:00 PM MST. As per policy, all Demo systems are automatically included in the PDK Beta program, since these systems include hosting and Bluetooth access at no cost for five doors.

The beta will continue through mid-November. PDK will be monitoring systems for anomalies or performance issues.

If you experience issues or you see something concerning on a system in Beta, please send a message to beta@prodatakey.com. Include the date and time of what you are seeing.

What's New in PDK.io UI

The following items are new or improved in this release.

Because there are some core changes to how Controllers, Red Hubs, and Red Locks are discovered under a Cloud Node running beta software v2.6, discovery must be performed using the Beta UI at https://beta.pdk.io.

NOTE: Discovery will not work under https://PDK.io for any system on the Cloud Node v2.6 beta software.

If you are using the PDK Access mobile app, you can switch the app to point to https://beta.pdk.io under the menu Manage Access > Account Settings> beta.pdk.io option.

Controller Replacement

If a Controller needs to be replaced, all of its settings, rules, and connected device configurations can be transferred directly to a replacement unit through the Discovery tab. This seamlessly replaces the old controller, eliminating the need to manually reconfigure or reassign individual devices. If you feel that your system should not be included in this beta, send email to beta@prodatakey.com and include why you feel you should be excluded from the beta and the System ID you'd like to exclude. The System ID can be found on the System Settings page.
