If your Digital Credentials from the PDK Access App are no longer visible, or if you have recently upgraded to a new phone, you can easily restore your access using the One-Time Code process.
One-Time Code Recovery
Open the App: Select Mobile Access in the top left corner
Request Access: Select Add Credentials
Submit Your Email: Enter your email address
Check Your Inbox: A one-time code will be sent to you
Enter the Code: Input the code into the app
Activate: You will see a list of available credentials. Select the ones you wish to transfer and select Activate
Troubleshooting Tips
If the email never arrives:
Unregistered Email: If your email is not registered in the system, no email will be sent
Check Spam Folder: The email will be coming from no-reply@accounts.pdk.io
Important Notes:
The one-time code expires after 5 minutes
If no credentials appear in the list after entering your code, please contact your Site Management to have your Digital Credentials manually reissued
