The PoE module for my Red controller is humming, is this a problem?

I installed a PoE module on my Red-series controller and the PoE module is making a hum. Is this a problem?

The PoE module for the Red series controllers contain a DC-to-DC power converter, which can have an audible hum due to how the voltage converter functions. This hum can occur with any DC-to-DC converter and does not mean there is a problem with the PoE module.
