Overview

The Pikmykid integration allows for seamless lockdowns of the Doors on your PDK System. By connecting your Pikmykid location to your PDK System, you can instantly secure your location from the Pikmykid platform.

Configuration

Requirements 

• The Pikmykid integration is only available for PDK.io 2.0 Customer Accounts.
• A Partner with Integrator permission is required for the initial setup of the Pikmykid integration. For more information, refer here. 
• A Pikmykid account is required to set up the integration.
• Contact Pikmykid’s support team to complete the setup.

Locations

Select + Add Location to begin configuration. 

Location Name - Enter the name of the location created in Pikmykid’s platform.

Cloud Node - Select the Cloud Node to be included in a lockdown.

Excluded Devices - (Optional) Select the Devices to be excluded from the lockdown. 

Excluded Groups - (Optional) Select the Group that will still have access during the lockdown. 

Select Save. 

Select + Add location to add additional locations. 

FAQs

Q: What happens to Excluded Devices during a lockdown?

A: Devices selected to be Excluded Devices will remain in their normal state when the lockdown is triggered. Any user with prior access to these Devices will be able to continue accessing them. 

Q: Can members of Excluded Groups still open doors during a lockdown?

A: Yes, Groups listed under Excluded Groups will still have their normal access during a lockdown.
