Overview

The Aiphone Integration automatically syncs Units and Residents from PDK to AiphoneCloud. This ensures that user data remains consistent across both platforms.

Configuration

Requirements

The Aiphone Integration is only available for PDK.io 2.0 Customer Accounts.
The Partner configuring the integration must have an AiphoneCloud Account with a Branch Manager or Admin Role.
A Partner with Integrator permissions is required for the initial setup of the Aiphone Integration. For more information, refer to the article on Integrations.
Units must be enabled in the PDK System prior to integration configuration.

NOTE: Navigate to System Settings to enable the Units feature. If you do not see this option, please contact beta@prodatakey.com.

Site Mapping

Aiphone Site - Select the Aiphone location to be connected to the PDK System.

PDK Partition - Select the PDK Partition where the Custom Fields will be created.

Automatically issue Aiphone mobile app - Select whether the Unit Tenant automatically receives an email invite to activate the Aiphone mobile app.

Display Primary Tenant’s First and Last Name - Select whether the Primary Tenant’s First and Last Name will be displayed at the Aiphone entrance station.

NOTE: Tenants created in the AiphoneCloud platform can be synced by selecting the down arrow in the top right corner, but this option will not be available until the Location Mapping has been saved.

Additional Mappings can be configured by selecting Add Site Mapping.

Integration Logs

Activity logs from the past 30 days are displayed here. Log entries are searchable and refreshable.

People

A Person must be created or updated, and the Custom Fields will be created automatically in the Partition after the Integration is configured. The People data will sync the Tenants in the AiphoneCloud platform.

Required People Information

To ensure a Person is successfully provisioned and synced to AiphoneCloud, the following fields must be completed in the PDK system:

First and Last Name
Email
Unit Name
Aiphone Custom Fields:
- Primary Tenant status
- Phone Number (including country code)

NOTE: Only one Person can be selected as the Primary Tenant for each Unit

Units

To sync PDK People to Aiphone Tenants, Units must be created. Select the Resident from the previously created Person record.

NOTE: To ensure Unit data syncs correctly, each Unit name must include a number.
