Step 1:
Navigate to Settings → Integration, then select the PDK tab.
Step 2:
Copy the System ID (UUID) from the PDK Portal, paste it into the System ID field, and then click Add Integration.
The PDK System ID can be found in:
PDK Portal → System Settings
Step 3:
Once the integration is added successfully, all available PDK doors will be listed.
You can now link a PDK door with an Entrio QR Intercom Device:
- Click the Link button
- Select the QR Intercom Device you want to associate with that door
Optional Step 4:
Click the Test Open button to verify the integration is working properly.
If successful, Entrio will send an Open Door command to the PDK Access Control System, and the selected door will unlock automatically.
(Optional) Import People from PDK
Scenario 1 — Import Existing Card Holders from PDK to Entrio
If your PDK system is already deployed and Card Holders have already been created in PDK, Entrio provides a simple way to import them directly into the platform.
Step 1:
Click the Import People from PDK button.
Step 2:
Select the Card Holders you would like to import.
Step 3:
Assign the target:
- Apartment
- Building
- Room information
Step 4:
Click Next to complete the import process.
(Optional) Export Users from Entrio to PDK
Scenario 2 — Export Entrio Users to PDK
Entrio also supports exporting existing users to your PDK Access Control system.
Step 1:
Click the Export Users to PDK button.
Step 2:
Select the user type you want to export:
- Resident Users
- Org Users
Step 3:
Select the users you want to export.
Step 4:
Click Next to continue the export process.
