Scheduled Reports

Users with Integrator, Admin, Manager, or Reporter level Permissions can automate the creation and delivery of Reports (People, Credentials, or Events) via email, eliminating the need to manually generate them each time. Reports can be scheduled to run on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis and sent to one or more Recipients. 

Scheduled Reports 

To Schedule an auto-generated Report, tap or click Add Report. Tap or click the desired Filters. Pick the preferred delivery schedule. 

Schedules 

• Daily - Report will be generated Daily at the specified time
• Weekly - Report will be generated Weekly on the specified day and time
• Monthly - Report will be generated Monthly on the specified date and time
• No Schedule - Report will generate once, at the time of creation 

Recipients 

After tapping or clicking Edit Recipients, a list of potential users will be displayed. To add a user as a Recipient, tap or click the email, then tap or click Save.  

NOTE: The Report will not be available to view in the email, but the link will take you to the generated Report. Recipients must have a PDK.io login to access the Report. 

Saved Reports 

Each Saved Report will display the Name, Schedule Type, Last Run Date, and Next Run Date. 

Report Delivery 

At the previously scheduled date and time, Recipients will receive an automated email with a link to the generated Report. This email will be sent from ProdataKey Cloud Systems (no-reply@accounts.pdk.io). With the subject line, the Report Name, and the date and time it was scheduled for. After tapping or clicking View Report, you will be redirected to log in to your PDK.io account.
