User Information

The User Options menu, located in the upper right corner of the window or app, allows the User to update the User Profile information and Logout of the ProdataKey App or website.

User Profile

Tapping/clicking on Profile in the User Options menu will open the User Profile window.

Logout

Clicking on Logout in the User Information screen logs out of the pdk io application. Once logged out, a login is required to access the application again.

Account Tab

In the Account Tab, the following information is displayed.

Email

This displays the user’s email address and can not be edited.

Locale

Tap/click this field, or on the down arrow, to select the language (English, Spanish, or French) that will be used for this User.

Change Password

Tap/click the Change Password button to open a window where a new password can be entered. All passwords must be at least eight characters in length, containing a mix of letters and numbers (one or more numbers at least).

Old Password - Enter the current password.

New Password - Enter a new password.

Confirm New Password - Re-enter the new password for confirmation.

After entering the above information, tap/click Change to save the new Password or tap/click Cancel to discard any changes and return to the main Dashboard.

Two-Factor Authentication

Tap/click the Two-Factor Authentication button to open a window where the available multi-factor authentication options are displayed.  These different options, explained in the article Multi-Factor Authentication Options, allow a User with Integrator-level permission to different options to verify themselves in addition to just their password. 

NOTE: With the pdk.io email invite, the Integrator must use the Google Authenticator app to scan the QR code, or enter the provided key. Not just any QR code reading app will work. A generic QR code reader app won't provide the needed code.

ProdataKey Saas Agreement

This displays if the User confirmed their acceptance of the ProdataKey 'Software as a Service' agreement displayed when the User initially set up the account. 

By tapping/clicking this link, the User can review the SaaS and accept it again.

Profile Tab
Clicking on Profile in the User Profile window displays a window allowing the User to update the data for the User. This data is only used for display in the Dealer Dashboard.
