The Systems Settings window allows a Partner with Integrator access to configure settings that apply to the Customer's Cloud Node. To make changes, select the System Settings icon.
Editing Customers
The name of the Cloud Node can be changed here by tapping or clicking on the name and typing in a new one. This can only be changed by the Dealer Partner with the Integrator Permission role in their Dealer Account.
Tapping or clicking in the Notes field allows a Partner to enter a description for the Customer Account.
This system can be configured as a Demo account by checking the box next to Demo Cloud Node.
Reporting Plan
The Reporting feature offers three distinct pricing plans, each with varying data retention timeframes, Saved Report storage limits, and Saved Report retention periods. The Reporting Plan can be changed in System Settings.
Report Retention | Saved Report Storage | Saved Report Retention | |
Small Business | 90 days | 100 MB | 30 days |
Commercial Essentials | 1 year | 1 GB | 6 months |
Premium Enterprise | 5 years | 10 GB | 2 years |
Report Retention - This refers to the length of time that Report data is stored on the Customer Account.
Saved Report Storage - This is the amount of data that Saved Reports can occupy on the Customer Account.
Saved Report Retention - This is the length of time that Saved Reports are retained on the Customer Account.
The Small Business level Billing Plan is included on all Customer Accounts by default. For additional information regarding the different billing plans, please contact the ProdataKey sales staff.
Credential Self-Help
The Credential Self-Help feature enables dealers or administrators to reduce end-user requests for assistance with ProdataKey App credentials by allowing them to request replacement credentials directly through the app.
You can adjust the number of times a User can request Replacement Credentials per month before the user is required to contact the Cloud Node Manager or Administrator to reset the restrictions on requesting replacement credentials. The monthly request limit is selected from the Max Monthly Reset Requests dropdown.
Integrations
You can integrate Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) with PDK.io to import and sync users and groups automatically.
By clicking or tapping on Azure Active Directory, you can enable this Integration for the Customer Account.
If you would like to learn more about Azure Integration, refer to this article.
