Creating a New Report:
Select Reports from the Cloud Node home screen.
Select the Credentials option in the Reports screen.
In the Credentials Reports screen on the 'Saved Reports' tab, select the + icon in the center (if no reports have been saved) or the bottom right of the screen.
Name
Assign a descriptive Name for the Events Report.
Partition
If a partition is to be included as a filter in the report, select one from the Partition drop-down field.
Filters
Select from the following filter options for the report. For all filters besides Occurred, you can select between including the selected item(s) or excluding the selected item(s) from the filters.
Credential Number
Select from the credentials entered into the system or filter based on an entered numerical value in the Credential numbers.
Credential Type
Select between filtering based on the Credential types: 'Cards', 'Bluetooth', and 'Mobile App.'
Creation Date
Select the filter for the date when the Credential(s) was added to the person.
Last Scan Date
Select the filter for the date when the Credential(s) was last scanned/used on the system.
Credential Status
Select between if a Credential is 'Enabled', 'Disabled Implicit', 'Pending Redemption', and 'Invitation Expired'.
Output
After selecting the Filters for the report, you can select the details that will be output when the Report is submitted.
After setting up the Filters and Output selections, you can Save the Event report by clicking the Save in the upper right corner of the window.
After a report has been saved, you can load the report again by clicking on the report from the "Saved Reports" tab in Event Reports.
Preview/Submit
After selecting the Filters and Output details, you can either Preview or Submit the report.
Preview
Clicking Preview will cause up to the most recent 50 entries for the filters and output selected will be displayed below the Preview and Submit buttons. When Filters or Output selections are changed or new events have occurred, you will need to click Preview again to update the preview of the report.
Submit
Clicking Submit will submit and run the Event report. If you do not Name the Event report before clicking the Submit button, the report will be generated without a descriptive name. Once a report has been submitted, you can retrieve the Report from the Retrieve Report tab. The time that the report is retrievable is subject to the Cloud-Based Event Reporting Plan level selected.
Retrieve Reports
Clicking on the magnifying glass will give you the options to view the Report or reviewing the Info details about the generation of the Report. Clicking the downward arrow icon will allow you to download the Report in multiple formats.
