ProdataKey allows you to use different conditions for rules and Reports.
'Event' types occur when credentials are used, a hardware event occurs, or certain changes are made in the system
'Result' types occur as a result of an Event in the system.
Event Types
Below are the Event Types available in PDK.io.
- AutoOpen Enabled - An Auto-Open schedule began on the door/device.
- AutoOpen Disabled - An Auto-Open schedule ended on the door/device.
- Credentials Input - A credential (PIN/card/bluetooth/) has been used at the door/device.
- Open (DPS) - The door position sensor input detected the door/device was opened
- Close (DPS) - The door position sensor input detected the door/device was closed
- Request to Exit Open - The request to exit input was triggered on the door/device
- Request to Exit Closed - The request to exit input was cleared on the door/device
- Propped Alarm - The door propped alarm has triggered for the door/device.
- Propped Alarm Clear - The door propped alarm has been cleared for the door/device.
- All Prop Clear - All door propped alarms have been cleared.
- Forced Alarm - The 'Door Forced' alarm has been triggered for the door/device.
- Communication Loss - Communication to the Controller connection has been lost.
- Communication Loss Clear - Communication to the Controller connection has been re-established.
- Controller Time Unknown - While in Controller Continuity mode, the Controller was unable to validate the current time.
- Controller Time Known - While in Controller Continuity mode, the Controller was able to validate the current time after it was unknown.
- Known Person - A valid credential, assigned to a person in the system, was used at a door/device.
- No Person Associated with Credentials - An unknown credential was used and access was implicitly denied unless allowed by a System Event rule.
- Access Denied - A valid credential, assigned to a person in the system, was used at a door/device and access was denied.
- Access Allowed on Multiswipe - A valid credential, assigned to a person in the system, was scanned multiple times in rapid succession at a door/device and access was allowed.
- Access Allowed - A valid credential, assigned to a person in the system, was used at a door/device and access was allowed.
- Duress PIN Entered - A duress PIN was used to authenticate at the reader for a door/device.
- Ecard Allowed - While reverted to Ecard usage in Controller Continuity mode, an Ecard was presented at a door/device and allowed.
- Ecard Denied - While reverted to Ecard usage in Controller Continuity mode, a non-Ecard credential was presented at a door/device and denied.
- Any Duress PIN Entered - When any duress PIN is used to authenticate at the reader for a door/device.
- Entity Added - An entity (Person, Group, Connection, etc) was added to the system.
- Entity Modified - An entity (Person, Group, Connection, etc) was modified.
- Entity Removed - An entity (Person, Group, Connection, etc) was removed/deleted.
- Open (Lock) - A door/device was activated/opened/unlocked.
- Close (Lock) - A door/device was deactivated/closed/locked.
- Try to Open - An activation command was sent to the door/device, either through States or a 3rd-party integration.
- Try to Open for Some Time - An activation command, with extended activation time, was sent to the door/device, either through States or a 3rd-party integration.
- Do Not Disturb - The “Do Not Disturb” status of the door/device was changed.
- Force Toggle - The current state of the door/device was toggled between open/closed and then maintained in the new state.
- Forced Alarm Clear - The 'Door Forced' alarm for the door/device has cleared.
- Card Scan Error - Bad credential data was received from the card reader connected to the door/device.
- Virtual Credentials Input - Virtual credentials, such as the ProdataKey app or 3rd part API integration, was used.
- Delay Open (Lock) - A Delayed Open (unlock) command was sent to the door/device.
- Delay Close (Lock) - A Delayed Close (lock) command was sent to the door/device.
- Open/Close (Lock) - The door/device toggled open (unlocked) or closed (locked)
- Overcurrent Detected - Excessive/higher than intended current occurred/detected.
- Overcurrent Cleared - Standard/intended current occurred/restored.
- Input Power Connected - Expected input power is connected/restored.
- Input Power Disconnected - Input power is not disconnected/power supply not detected.
- Low Power Mode On - Low power mode (low battery charge and no connected power source) was detected for the Controller.
- Low Power Mode Off - When low power mode ended for the Controller.
- Battery Connected - A battery was connected/detected with a Controller.
- Battery Disconnected - A battery was disconnected/lost with a Controller.
- Controller Restarted - The Controller was restarted, either by power-cycling/connecting to power, expected reboot from software update, or through a remote action by our Support or engineering teams.
- Controller Factory Reset - The Controller was either hard or soft reset through use of the onboard jumpers.
- Continuity Expired - Ecard Enforced - The configured 'Time before Ecard fall-back' has been exceeded and Ecard-only operation initiated.
- Circuit Breaker On - A flood of logged events (40 events in 30 seconds) occurred on either input A or B (DPS or REX respectively), this disables the input for 30 minutes.
- Circuit Breaker Off - A previously triggered Circuit Breaker event ended.
- Anti-Passback Violation - An Anti-Passback Violation (a credential previously used for entry was used for entry again without being used for an exit between the events) occurred.
- Anti-Passback Clear - An Anti-Passback Violation event expired, as per the Anti-Passback Event Expiration condition.
- Credential Reset - A Credential Reset request was sent by an app user.
Results Types
Below are the Filters available for Result Types from Reports that are processed or in Recent Audit Logs.
- Known Person - An Person entered into the system used a credential at a door/device
- No Person Associated with Credentials - An unknown credential was scanned and access was implicitly denied at a door/device.
- Access Denied - A known credential was scanned and access was denied at a door/device.
- Access Allowed on Multiswipe - A known credential was scanned and access was allowed with multiple swipes.
- Access Allowed - A known credential was scanned and access was allowed.
- Send Email - When an email is sent
- Do Not Disturb - Toggles the “Do Not Disturb” status of the door/relay. In Do Not Disturb status, the door is locked and unresponsive to regular access attempts until the DND status is toggled again.
- Force Toggle - Toggles the current state of the door/relay to open/closed. If a door is closed (locked), toggles to open (unlocked). If the door is open (unlocked), toggles to closed (locked).
- Force Open - Holds the door/relay (that the event is created on) in the Open (unlocked) position and will not close (lock) unless Force Closed.
- Force Close - A Force Open command was sent to the door/device.
- Open - Activate/unlocks/opens the door/device.
- Close - Deactivate/locks/closes the door/device.
- Lockdown On - Lockdown (doors locked) of selected devices is set to On. All doors are locked.
- Lockdown Off - Lockdown (doors locked) of selected devices is set to Off. All doors are unlocked.
- Delay Open - A time delay for opening (unlocking) the door/relay
- Delay Close - A time delay for closing (locking) the door/relay
- Open/Close - Opens (unlocks) the door/relay and sends a close (lock) after a delayed time period
