PDK io Account Issues with yahoo.com Domains

Several issues have occurred in which email address invitations and other similar issues using yahoo.com are not getting through. It has been determined that PDK emails to yahoo.com email addresses are actively being blocked by Yahoo and will not go through. This is an issue that is occurring with Yahoo and support is unable to resolve this issue.
