Important note about setting up overnight rules

When creating an Access Rule that extends beyond midnight, two different Access Rules must be created to complete the function. 

The first Access Rule begins at the desired time before midnight and ends at midnight; the second Access Rule begins at midnight and ends at the desired time in the morning/day.
