Activation Code

• Implement flow to allow credentials to be redeemed when universal links aren't working. 

Issue: There were some issues of being unable to redeem credentials due to various failures of the universal link system. 

Resolution: An alternative to redeeming credentials has been designed to have a manual code present in the email if the universal link doesn't work. 

Touch App Credential

The touch App activate email now features and will accept an alternate credential Activation method: an Activation Code. 

This is an alternative to using the Activate button to complete the touch App install. 

In addition to an Activate button, credential emails now provide a code that can be entered manually in the Activation Code field to authenticate the touch App credential. 

In the same credential email, tap and hold on the activation code (an array of numbers and letters) and tap Copy.

Return to the credential email and tap the Activation Code link to view the field for entering the code.

Tap and hold inside the Activation Code field and then tap Paste. With the activation code in the field, tap ACTIVATE. 

The touch App is then active.
