Allow / Deny Hierarchy for Individuals Assigned to Multiple Groups

Q: What is the hierarchy of how the system reviews access when an individual is assigned to multiple groups? 

A: An individual is assigned to two groups.

In Group 1, access is allowed () for Door A but not () for Door B.

In Group 2, access is allowed () for Door B.

However, when the individual tries to access Door B, the door does not unlock. 

In this example and others like it, a Deny rule always overrides an Allow rule.
