PDK Dealer Dashboard Overview
When you log into PDK.io, the Dealer Dashboard will be the first page that appears. From this screen, you will be able to easily manage all of your customers' accounts, add and manage Cloud Nodes, and assign/manage Permissions for people that are added.
Below is an example of the main dashboard in PDK io for the end-user with the Customers, Cloud Nodes, and Permissions sections.
Customers
After adding a new Customer to your PDK io account, it will be displayed under Customers. To access the customer's site, click on their account name. This page is the account dashboard for the end-user. You will then need to add a Cloud Node to the customer.
For more information regarding adding a Customer to your account, please refer to PDK.io - Customers
Cloud Nodes
If your company has a Cloud Node installed at your office or as a demo system, select the + icon to add the Cloud Node here.
After being added, the Cloud Node should be displayed with a green indication mark, which indicates proper connection.
Clicking on your Cloud Node will open the Cloud Node interface so that you can make changes, view reports, view configuration options, and much more.
Permissions
To grant employees within your company permission to access PDK.io, or to grant access to an outside party to your customers and Cloud Nodes, select the + icon next to Permissions and enter the user's information. An email invitation will be sent to the user to complete the sign-up process.
Dealer technicians/employees can be given various levels of access to the software in Permissions.
For more information regarding Permissions, please refer to PDK.io - Permissions
