How to add a Credential to a Person

From the Add Credentials dialogue window, Card and Mobile tabs are the available Credential options.

Card Tab

Initially, the Card tab will be opened and is used to issue/enter physical credentials.

Card Number - Enter the number printed on the physical credential into the Card Number field.

Description - This optional field can be used to describe the type of physical credential.

Advanced - If the Customer Account is configured to use a Card Format with Facility Code Processing set to Enforce With Filter List or Enforce Per Credential, tapping/clicking the arrow next to Advanced will expand the dialogue to enter the Facility Code for the Credential.

Mobile Tab

Tapping/clicking the Mobile tab will allow Bluetooth and/or Mobile App credentials to be added to the person.

Once a checkmark has been placed next to the Credential type, tapping/clicking the Add button will add the Credentials to the Person and an email will be sent with a link to activate the issued Credentials.

If an email address was not entered and saved, Bluetooth and Mobile App credentials will not be available to be issued, and a message informing the Partner of this requirement will be shown.
