System Settings allows an Integrator-Partner to configure default settings for a Customer Account.

Credentials Tab
Default Card Formats - Select the Card Format(s) that will be applied to all Cloud Nodes in the Customer Account by default. This can be changed in the Cards tab on the Configuration page for the Cloud Node.
Manage Custom Formats - Tap/click the Manage Custom Formats button to view and manage any Card Formats that have already been set up. For more information regarding Custom Formats, please refer to our article regarding Manage Card Formats
Credential Self-Help - This allows an Integrator-Partner to configure Credential Self-Help for the Customer Account.
'Allow users to request replacement...' - You are able to adjust the number of times that a User can request Replacement Credentials per month before the user is required to contact the Cloud Node Manager or Administrator to reset the restrictions on requesting replacement credentials. The monthly request limit is selected from 'Max. Monthly Reset Requests' dropdown.
