Live Events will display certain Events that occur on a Customer Account. The displayed Events relate to Credential scans and Hardware Events. All Permission roles have access to the Live Events features.

Tapping or clicking Live Events in the Customer Dashboard will open the Live Events page. This screen shows any existing events and allows the selection and creation of live events. If there are no existing events, NO LIVE EVENTS will be displayed.

Filters

Filters are only available when Debug Mode (under Display Options) is not enabled.

Tap/click Filters button to filter the displayed events. Place a checkmark on any Events you want displayed in Live Events.

Then tap/click Apply Filters to begin filtering based on the selected Events. A list of the Events and their descriptions can be found here: Live Events - Filter Options

As the selected event(s) occur, information about the event is displayed in real-time.

Display Options

Debug Mode

Enabling Debug Mode will cause any subsequent Credential inputs to display the raw information of the Credential scan, which is useful for troubleshooting issues with a Credential or Format. Debug Mode is only available to Partners with Integrator level permissions.

Disabled - By default, Debug Mode is disabled. If Debug Mode is enabled, tap/click the slider to disable Debug Mode again. If a photo has been added to a Person whose Credential is scanned, the displayed photo size can be changed using the sliding bar.

Enabled - Tap/click the slider to enable Debug Mode. When Debug Mode is Enabled, the Photo Size and Filters options are unavailable.

Photo Size

If a photo was added to a Person, when a Credential scan occurs the photo will be displayed along with the other Event information. The Photo Size slider can be used to set the size of the photo that is displayed for the person associated with an event.

When the user’s photo has been added, adjusting the Photo Size slider will increase or decrease the user’s photo size shown with Credential scans.
