Fixes and Improvements

• Fixes and improvements to submitting Bluetooth credentials.
• Added a 'Credential Reset' button above the 'Contact Us' form to allow End-Users to request replacement credentials easier.
• Updated 'Contact Us' form to include 'Email' and 'Phone Number' fields for potential follow-up contact.
• Updated the tapable area of the 'Favorite' star, making it easier and more reliable to add or remove a Favorite.
