The Billing Portal allows a ProdataKey Dealer-Partner to set up and update their billing and payment options and view their invoice history.
To access the Billing Portal, click on the pencil icon that is displayed next to the Account icon when you mouse over your Account name (or long-press in the Mobile version of PDK.io) at the top of your PDK.io account page. This icon is shown below.
Then tap/click the Billing tab and then tap/click Open Billing Portal.
Once inside the Billing Portal, the following items are displayed:
- Current Plan for each Customer Account.
- Payment Method for the Dealer Account
- Billing Information
- Invoice History
Current Plans:
In the 'Current Plans' section, there will be an entry for each Customer Account.
This entry will show the current payment status, along with a brief overview of the billable items for the Customer Account. For a more detailed view of the billable items, click on 'Show cost details' to show more details. These details can include:

- Non-Billable Device Types: Generic IO, Elevator Floor Relay
- Number of Red Bluetooth Readers
- Number of Bluetooth Readers (TouchIO)
- Reporting Plan (Commercial Essentials or Premium Enterprise levels only)
- Aperio Integration (one-time fee)
- API Access
This section also shows when the 'Billing Plan' will renew (be charged) again.
Payment Method:
The Payment Method section allows the Dealer-Partner to review the saved Payment Method and also to update the saved Payment Method.
Billing Information:
The Billing Information section allows the Dealer-Partner to update their billing address and Tax ID.
Invoice History:
The Invoice History section allows the Dealer-Partner to review all Invoices that have been applied to their account. Tapping/clicking on the date (or the icon next to the date) for an invoice will open a new window. This window shows the status of the invoice (paid or unpaid), an overview of the invoice (by tapping/clicking on the 'View Invoice and payment details' link), download the invoice, download a receipt if the invoice is paid, or pay the invoice.
When a Customer Account is registered by the dealer, there will be an invoice for a no-charge five (5) day trial period applied to the account for each Customer Account. This no-charge invoice is not sent to the Dealer-Partner, unlike other Billing invoices.
A successfully paid invoice.
After downloading an invoice, you can view the invoice in the appropriate app/program. An explanation of an invoice can be found in the section below.
Invoice Details:
Below is an example Invoice, showing a renewed Customer Account hosting fee, with changes to the number of Billable Devices present on the Customer Account. Please note that the listed charges are just examples and do not accurately represent the actual values that would be charged.
This invoice shows that four (4) billable devices are present after 3 billable devices were removed during the previous billing cycle.
